RON CREAGER – Musical Director

With a remarkable career spanning over five decades, Ron Creager has distinguished himself as a pianist, musical director, and composer whose work has been celebrated across the globe. His music has been featured on national television and radio in the United States, Australia, and Hong Kong.
Ron’s international performances have taken him from the U.S. to Africa, Russia, Poland, and Australia, gracing iconic venues such as the Sydney Opera House, the SOPOT Festival, and New York’s Town Hall. His creativity and talent extend to original musicals, including When the Bough Breaks, Shadow and Song, Madonna and Child and Careful, He Might Hear You, inspired by the acclaimed Australian book and film. His musical Wha’ Da Ya Got to Lose? was commissioned for Cable TV.
While living in Australia where he gained dual citizenship, Ron served as the musical director for Helen Reddy and held the same role at the Sydney Cabaret Convention for six years, ultimately becoming its artistic director.
Now back in the United States and “supposedly retired,” Ron remains as inspired as ever. He was elated to showcase his latest work with the world premiere of These Tangled Webbs, produced this past summer by Bunbury Theatre in Louisville, KY.
